Universal environmentally friendly elastic conductive paste is a new-generation conductive paste developed by the Taiwan Textile Research Institute to address the needs of the textile industry and the printed electronics industry. Highly adhesive and environmentally friendly general-purpose elastic conductive paste can be produced by combining elastic polymers common in the textile industry with the semiconductor manufacturing process and applying the new high-speed and low-loss vacuum rotation and revolution process to generate pastes with low resistance that are machine washable up to 50 times (according to AATCC 135). In 2022, the paste won an Edison Award, known as the “Oscar Award for Innovation.”
Features: Bulk resistance: ≤4.5 x 10−5 Ω·cm; viscosity: 33,000–51,000 cps (ASTM D789, D4878); molding condition: 120°C/30 min; Adhesion: ≥4 B (ASTM D 3359). Cleaning solvents such as benzene or ketones are not required; alcohol alone is sufficient for rapid cleaning.
